and modules

Perpetuum applies various scientific and practice-oriented instruments and modules. The Insights Discovery Profile, is an instrument to monitor preferred styles in communication and behavior, and is an effective and much used method. We also work with the logic levels by Bateson, the team-functions and team-disfunctions developed by  Patrick Lencioni for time effectiveness and Process U by Otto Scharmer for organisational development. These modules and instruments are integrated into practice-oriented and interactive programs.

Link with daily practice
All programs and modules have been developed into easy to use and inspiring reference cards to allow everybody after the end of a training or workshop sessions to implement the acquire knowledge permanently within their own practice. Ultimately the real movement takes place in practice!
